Allesthesia
Allesthesia is a condition in which a sensation of pain is perceived at a point on the body that is remote from the point that was stimulated.
This dichotomy is the leading visual motif of the graphics and the installation. The collage-like composition of the image makes it difficult to precisely locate and identify the characters as well as unambiguously observe their emotional states. The motifs and visual elements that are depicted in the work are an attempt to extract from my earlier photographs elements that constantly reappear in my work. It is an attempt to tame the pain (Allesthesia), which, through the impossibility of defining its source, becomes a form of existential suffering.
